Andrew Barber has worked for the National Trust in a curatorial capacity in the Midlands and in Yorkshire for over 30 years during which time he has overseen the re-decoration of the state rooms at Kedleston Hall and many of the principal apartments in Belton House. Currently he is writing the text for a new guidebook for Gunby Hall. He is a member of the Fabric Advisory Committee for Derby Cathedral and chairs the Lincolnshire Gardens Trust.
