Like its master book, The Inner Control Is The True Control Workbook categorizes the internal dialogues into three groups: compassion, acknowledgement and affirmation, and, awareness and forgiveness.
As you gain awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and learn to let go of your resentments, you become empowered to gain a sense of control over your life, engage in responsible self-care, and maintain your weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes.
Although these guided self-scripts are easy to read, they are designed to slow you down in order to raise your attention. As you focus on the present moment, you become present and gain a sense of inner peace.
It is recommended that one would read the two books simultaneously to receive the maximum benefit. However, you may choose to read either book independently of the other.
Lastly, for the purpose of promoting a more lasting transformation, the author suggests forming a daily routine by re-reading one script each day.
