Joji Valli set out to be a priest in the Catholic Church. He discontinued seminary studies during theology to encounter the real world experiences. He holds a Master’s in Personnel Management (MPM), Master of Sociology (M.A), and Diploma in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare (DLL&LW). He worked in Human Resource & Administration with different firms in India and USA. He works as an associate professor in Management Studies and also gives motivational lectures to Engineering and Management students. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in CSR.
