Unearth Your Truly authentic self. Welcome to an exclusive version of Red Moon, a very special collection of 15 teachings and meditations, designed to help women everywhere awaken the Goddess within and develop a deeper, more spiritual understanding of the female cycle.

Nicola Haslett and Samantha Redgrave, from Aluna Moon, have had the pleasure of working with international women’s author Miranda Gray, who gifts us her knowledge and wisdom around the spiritual aspects of the menstrual cycle and the four Goddess archetypes that all women embody: the Maiden Goddess, Mother Goddess, Enchantress Goddess and Crone Goddess.

For each of the four Goddess phases, you will find a 10-15 minute teaching by Miranda and 2 guided meditations by Nicola and Sam, to help you learn about and connect with the energies of that particular phase and Goddess archetype. You are guided to reflect upon how you experience each phase of your cycle and how you can begin to work with the changes in physical, emotional and spiritual energy, instead of resisting them, which leads to physical and emotional imbalances. This album is for any woman who is interested in having a deeper, more spiritual understanding of the menstrual cycle; its gifts (yes, it really is a gift!) and how it can enhance our lives. All tracks have been recorded to a very high standard and include gentle background music to deepen the meditative experience. You are about to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment and spiritual magic that will forever change the way you view yourself, your cycle and your life.

Nicola and Sam from Aluna Moon, have more than 20 years’ experience between them and have had over 2 million plays. Miranda Gray is an international women's author, who has a unique understanding of what it means to be female in a modern world.
