You can rate your fear based on how strong you feel it, and this is the first step to trying to control it if overcoming it seems impossible, or at least impossible at the moment.

It works almost all the time, so why not use it? Whether it’s sunny, windy, or wintry, it’s weather, and you can easily think of a dozen topics about it.
