Psychic Reiki is the culminating work of Bevell’s previous books about Reiki, plus some new techniques, combined into one elegant and user-friendly energy healing system. As with traditional Reiki, its practitioners practice accessing the Divine Life Force energy known as Reiki for well-being and spiritual development. Yet this system differs from traditional Reiki in that there are no symbols and no hand positions, since the practitioner learns to communicate with and direct the energy of Reiki telepathically.

    I invite my Reiki crystal to put me into the Reiki Sanctuary.

    Once inside the Reiki Sanctuary simply allow yourself to be still inside of it for several minutes. Notice if you feel energetically and mentally more clear, alert, or serene while inside of this beautiful presence.

      Once the Reiki Sphere of Divine Grace is created around you, something that happens instantly at your request, just allow yourself to be still inside of it for several minutes. Notice if you feel calmer or more relaxed while inside of this beautiful presence. I usually describe it as like being held in a place of deep nurturing by the Mother of the Universe.
