The Answer

An old Indian man told his grandson, ‘My son, there is a battle between two wolves inside us all. One is evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego. The other is good. It is peace, hope, joy, love, humility, kindness, empathy and truth.’

The boy thought about it and asked, ‘Grandfather, which wolf wins?’

The old man quietly replied, ‘The one you feed.’

This is why poverty is also a state of mind. People in poverty constantly visualise themselves having no money or opportunity and they keep affirming their circumstances

If you can imagine it, you have it in you to do it.

Remember, if someone hasn’t been down the track you want to go along they can’t give advice on what you should do.

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards. So when life seems to be dragging you back with difficulties, it’s really about to launch you into something great

Luck is what happens when you don’t have a clear goal and are not expecting anything. For us, luck was never part of our plan

Good judgement comes from bad experience. And most of that comes from bad judgement

Don’t give up early. As you move toward your goals, some people will throw rocks at you but you can choose whether to use those rocks to build a wall or to build a bridge.
