If all my meditation years to date were placed end to end, the total exceeds 140 years and counting.
I don't do all these meditations all the time. My feelings dictate which of these miraculous methods I do at any given time.
Meditation doesn't own my life. Sometimes I don't do any. However meditating is one of the bedrocks of my life and it will be of yours with reasonable persistency over time.
