    This throws up one obvious red flag on our route to relaxation; emotions are both addictive and exhausting. They have no place in a life without stress. Love, peace and joy, on the other hand, sit on the throne of our most relaxed state. Unless we restore our power to choose not to get ‘sucked in’ to the dramas of others, fiction or otherwise, we will easily find ourselves in an emotional rodeo where it is impossible to hold the reigns of a runaway horse!

    Love, peace and happiness are felt instinctively when we are free spirits, when we are no longer trapped or bound by any attachments.
