You have now made a commitment to rising early and to use this time to work toward your biggest ambitions. But before you can do this, you must first identify what these are.
Start by making a list of all of your hopes and dreams, no matter how unrealistic or unachievable these might currently seem. The sky is your limit, so forget about any obstacles or how you are going to get there: just start listing what it is you would really like to do, have, or achieve. You can make your list as long and as whimsical as you like. Enjoy the process and be really honest with yourself about what you truly want.
