George Orwell

Animal Farm

“Animal Farm” is an allegorical novella by George Orwell published in England in 1945. According to Orwell, the book reflects events leading up to and during the Stalin era before World War II. Orwell, a democratic socialist, was a critic of Joseph Stalin and hostile to Moscow-directed Stalinism, especially after his experiences with the NKVD, and what he saw of the results of the influence of Communist policy («ceaseless arrests, censored newspapers, prowling hordes of armed police” — “Communism is now a counter-revolutionary force”), during the Spanish Civil War. In a letter to Yvonne Davet, Orwell described Animal Farm as his novel “contre Stalin”. Includes a new introduction.

I have absolutely any notion of the Russian history therefore I don't relate this story to that matter.
I think this story can be relatively similar in so many different scenarios around the history of many countries, mine included.
The story is base on a farm, animals were tired of been abused by humans, they decided to run the farm by their own. Their ideals were resume in "the seven commandments". With time the interaction of the animals change as the Pigs self determined were the leaders.
Is a pretty self explanatory story but really enjoyable 👌🏻
    Is worth 4 stars ⭐️
